School Leadership Teams

At the Nightingale Federation, our pupil groups provide an exciting opportunity for children to let their light shine by actively contributing to our Federation community. The aim of these groups is to empower our students to take on leadership roles, where they can share their ideas, raise concerns, and work together to improve their school experience. The purpose is to ensure that every child’s voice is heard, creating a school environment where all students feel valued and respected.

By taking part, pupils develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, debate and decision-making, all while learning the importance of democracy and responsibility. The objectives of the Nightingale Federation’s student groups are to encourage positive change, promote kindness, and build a supportive culture where everyone is inspired to shine bright. Through their involvement, pupils are not only shaping our Federation’s future but also growing into confident, compassionate leaders.
