In our experience, school trips are a hugely beneficial part of the learning journey our children take. As well as being a great way of reinforcing what is being taught in the classroom, they give children an opportunity to learn and experience new things and a chance to deepen their understanding of subjects. With a change to the normal routine, trips away from school can bring memorable experiences that stay with the children, making them effective learning tools.
